    The enumeration of the fundamental rights recognized in this Title [capítulo] do not exclude the others that the Fundamental Law guarantees, or others of analogous nature and that are derived from the dignity of man, from the principle of sovereignty of the people or from the social and democratic state of law, and [from] the republican form of the State. (Art. 14)
