Obligations of Private Parties

    Every Equatoguinean has the right and the duty to live peacefully in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, to respect the rights of others and to contribute to the formation of a just, fraternal, and unified [solidaria] society. (Art. 17)

    Todo ciudadano tiene el derecho y el deber de vivir pacíficamente en la República de Guinea Ecuatorial, respetar los derechos de los demás y contribuir a la formación de una sociedad justa, fraterna y solidaria. (Art. 17)

    Tout citoyen a le droit et le devoir de vivre en paix en République de Guinée équatoriale, en respectant les droits d'autrui, et de contribuer à la formation d'une société juste, fraternelle et solidaire. (Art. 17)
