    The members of the Government are chosen from within the Parliament and outside of it. They must be thirty (30) years of age at least and enjoy their civil and political rights.
    A member of the Government is eligible to one national mandate and one local mandate. (Art. 31)

    Les membres du Gouvernement sont choisis au sein du Parlement et en dehors de celui-ci. Ils doivent être âgés de trente (30) ans au moins et jouir de leurs droits civils et politiques.
    Un membre du Gouvernement est éligible à un (1) mandat national et un (1) mandat local. (Art. 31)
