The Independent National Electoral Commission [Comission électoral nationale Indépendante (CENI)] is charged with the establishment and the updating [mise à jour] of the electoral list [fichier], the organization, the procedure [déroulement] and the supervision of the voting operations. It proclaims the provisional results. (Art. 132)
