- EnglishNo one shall be reduced to slavery or to any form of servitude [asservissement] of the human being, or submitted to torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatments. These practices constitute crimes against humanity and are punished as such by the law.

The honor and the private life of the citizen, the inviolability of the human person, of his domicile and of his correspondence are guaranteed by the State. (Art. 13) - Arabicلا يجوز اخضاع أحد للعبودية الرقّ أو لأيّ شكل من أشكال الاستعباد للإنسان، لا يجب تعريض أي شخص للتّعذيب و غيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاّإنسانية أو المهينة. تعدّ هذه الممارسات جرائم ضد الإنسانية و يعاقب عليها القانون.

تصون الدولة شرف المواطن وحياته الخاصة، وحرمة الإنسان وحرمة منزله ومراسلاته. (المادّة 13) - FrenchNul ne peut être réduit en esclavage ou à toute forme d’asservissement de l’être humain, ni soumis à la torture et autres traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants. Ces pratiques constituent des crimes contre l’humanité et sont punis comme tels par la loi.
