Employment Rights and Protection

(1) Everyone has the right to free choice of employment.
(2) All individuals, without any form of discrimination, have the right to equal pay for equal work. (Art. 30) - Kinyarwanda
(1) Umuntu wese afite uburenganzira bwo guhitamo no gukora umurimo umunogeye.
(2) Abantu bakora umurimo umwe bagomba guhembwa kimwe nta vangura iryo ari ryo ryose. (Art. 30) - French
(1) Toute personne a droit au libre choix de son travail.
(2) Toutes les personnes ont droit, sans aucune discrimination, à un salaire égal pour un travail égal. (Art. 30)
