Political Rights and Association
- English(1) Every person has a right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association and for the purpose of this article this right includes the right to assemble freely and associate with other persons and in particular to form or to belong to political parties, trade unions or other associations for the protection of the interests of that person and not to be compelled to belong to any association.

Political Rights and Association
- English(1) Subject to this Constitution, every citizen of Seychelles who has attained the age of eighteen years has a right−
(a) to take part in the conduct of public affairs either directly or through freely chosen representatives;
(b) to be registered as a voter for the purpose of and to vote by secret ballot at public elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage;
(c) to be elected to public office; and

Political Rights and Association
- English(1) A person who is a citizen of Seychelles and has attained the age of eighteen years is entitled to be registered as a voter … (Art. 114)
