Equality and Non-Discrimination

The public administration and all the services of the State are available to the citizens on the basis of impartiality and equality. Any discrimination between citizens because of whatever affiliation is an infraction punishable by the law. (Art. 19)

الإدارة العموميّة وسائر مرافق الدّولة في خدمة المواطن على أساس الحياد والمساواة. وكلّ تمييز بين المواطنين على أساس أيّ انتماء جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون. (الفصل 19)

L'administration publique et tous les services de l'État sont à la disposition du citoyen sur la base de l'impartialité et de l'égalité. Toute discrimination entre les citoyens en raison d’une quelconque appartenance est une infraction punie par la loi. (Art. 19)

المواطنون والمواطنات متساوون في الحقوق والواجبات وهم سواء أمام القانون دون أيّ تمييز. (الفصل 23)

Les citoyens et les citoyennes sont égaux en droits et en devoirs. Ils sont égaux devant la loi sans aucune discrimination. (Art. 23)
