The Independent Superior Instance for the Elections is responsible for the administration of the elections and of the referendums, of their organization and of their supervision in their different phases. The Instance guarantees the regularity, the integrity and the transparency of the electoral process and proclaims the results.

تتولّى الهيئة العليا المستقلـّة للانتخابــات إدارة الانتخابات والاستفتاءات وتنظيمها والإشراف عليها في جميع مراحلها، وتضمن سلامـة المسـار الانتخابيّ ونزاهته وشفافيّته وتصرّح بالنتائج.

L’Instance supérieure indépendante pour les élections est chargée de la gestion des élections et des référendums, de leur organisation et de leur supervision dans leurs différentes phases. L’Instance garantit la régularité, l’intégrité et la transparence du processus électoral et proclame les résultats.
