En vue d’édifier un régime républicain démocratique et participatif, dans le cadre d’un État civil dans lequel la souveraineté appartient au peuple, par l’alternance pacifique au pouvoir à travers des élections libres et sur le fondement du principe de la séparation des pouvoirs et de leur équilibre, un régime dans lequel le droit de s’organiser reposant sur le pluralisme , la neutralité de l’administration et la bonne gouvernance, constitue le fondement de la compétition politique, un régime dans lequel l’État garantit la primauté de la loi, le respect des libertés et des droits de l’Homme, l’indépendance de la justice, l’égalité de tous les citoyens et citoyennes en droits et en devoirs et l’équité entre les régions ; ... Equality and Non-Discrimination
- EnglishAll citizens, male and female, have equal rights and duties, and are equal before the law without any discrimination.
The state guarantees freedoms and individual and collective rights to all citizens, and provides all citizens the conditions for a dignified life. (Art. 21) - Arabicالمواطنون والمواطنات متساوون في الحقوق والواجبات، وهم سواء أمام القانون من غير تمييز.
تضمن الدّولة للمواطنين والمواطنات الحقوق والحرّيات الفردية والعامّة، وتهيئ لهم أسباب العيش الكريم. (الفصل 21) - FrenchLes citoyens et les citoyennes sont égaux en droits et en devoirs. Ils sont égaux devant la loi sans discrimination.
L’État garantit aux citoyens et aux citoyennes les libertés et les droits individuels et collectifs. Il leur assure les conditions d’une vie digne. (Art. 21)
Equality and Non-Discrimination
- EnglishThe state commits to protect women’s accrued rights and work to strengthen and develop those rights.
The state guarantees the equality of opportunities between women and men to have access to all levels of responsibility in all domains.
The state works to attain parity between women and men in elected Assemblies.
The state shall take all necessary measures in order to eradicate violence against women. (Art. 46) - Arabicتلتزم الدّولة بحماية الحقوق المكتسبة للمرأة و تدعّم مكاسبها و تعمل على تطويرها.
تضمن الدّولة تكافؤ الفرص بين الرّجل والمرأة في تحمّل مختلف المسؤوليّات و في جميع المجالات.
تسعى الدّولة إلى تحقيق التّناصف بين المرأة و الرّجل في المجالس المنتخبة.
تتّخذ الدّولة التّدابير الكفيلة بالقضاء على العنف ضدّ المرأة. (الفصل 46) - FrenchL’État s’engage à protéger les droits acquis de la femme et veille à les consolider et les promouvoir.
L’État garantit l’égalité des chances entre l’homme et la femme pour l’accès aux diverses responsabilités et dans tous les domaines.
L’État s’emploie à consacrer la parité entre la femme et l’homme dans les assemblées élues.
L’État prend les mesures nécessaires en vue d’éliminer la violence contre la femme. (Art. 46)
