    The law will determine the forms and modalities that correspond, to observe the principle of parity of gender in the appointments of the titular persons of the offices of the secretariats [secretarías de despacho] of the Federal Executive Power and their equivalents in the federative entities. The same principle will be observed in the composition of the autonomous organs [organismos].
