1. The Council of Ministers is the highest executive and administrative organ of the Government.
2. The Ministers together form the Council of Ministers, which is presided by the Vice-President.
3. The Council of Ministers has at least one deputy chairman. (Art. 119) - Dutch
1. De Raad van Ministers is het hoogste uitvoerende en administratieve orgaan van de Regering.
2. De Ministers vormen tezamen De Raad van Ministers, welke wordt voorgezeten door de Vice-President.
