Everyone has the right to the free development of his or her own personality, subject only to the limitations deriving from the rights of others and public and social order. (Art. 20)

Everyone has a duty to fulfill his or her social responsibilities and participate together in the political, civic and community life of the country, promoting and protecting human rights as the foundation of democratic coexistence and social peace. (Art. 132)
