Education

Education
- EnglishEducation is the right of all citizens of Afghanistan, which shall be offered up to the B.A. level in the state educational institutes free of charge by the state. To expand balanced education as well as to provide mandatory intermediate education throughout Afghanistan, the state shall design and implement effective programs and prepare the ground for teaching mother tongues in areas where they are spoken. (Art. 43)
- Dariتعلیم حق تمام اتباع افغانستان است كه تا درجه لیسانس در مؤسسات تعلیمی دولتی به صورت رایگان از طرف دولت تأمین می گردد. دولت مكلف است به منظور تعمیم متوازن معارف در تمام افغانستان، تأمین تعلیمات متوسطۀ اجباری، پروگرام مؤثر طرح و تطبیق نماید و زمینه تدریس زبانهای مادری را در مناطقی كه به آنها تكلم می كنند فراهم كند. (مادۀ ۴۳)
- Pashtoزده كړه د افغانستان د ټولو اتباعو حق دى چې د ليسانس تر درجې پورې و ړيا د دولت له خوا تأمينيږي. دولت مكلف دى چې په ټول افغانستان كې د متوازن معارف د عامولو او د منځنيو اجباري زده كړو د تأمين لپاره اغېزمن پروگرام طرح او تطبيق كړي او د مورنيو ژبو د تدريس لپاره په هغو سيمو كي چې پرې خبرې كېږي لاره هواره كړي. (۴۳ ماده)
Education
- EnglishThe state shall devise and implement effective programs to create and foster balanced education for women, improve education of nomads as well as eliminate illiteracy in the country. (Art. 44)
- Dariدولت مكلف است به منظور ایجاد توازن و انكشاف تعلیم برای زنان، بهبود تعلیم كوچیان و امحای بی سوادی در كشور، پروگرامهای مؤثر طرح و تطبیق نماید. (مادۀ ۴۴)
- Pashtoدولت مكلف دى د ښځو د زده كړو د پراختيا او توازن د ايجاد په منظور، دكوچيانو د زده كړو د ښه والي او په هيواد كې د بې سوادۍ د له منځه و ړلو لپاره اغېزمن پروگرامونه طرح او تطبيق كړي. (۴۴ ماده)
Education
- EnglishThe state shall devise and implement a unified educational curricula based on the tenets of the sacred religion of Islam, national culture as well as academic principles, and develop religious subjects curricula for schools on the basis of existing Islamic sects in Afghanistan. (Art. 45)
- Dariدولت نصاب واحد تعلیمی را، بر مبنای احكام دین مقدس اسلام و فرهنگ ملی و مطابق با اصول علمی، طرح و تطبیق می كند و نصاب مضامین دینی مكاتب را، بر مبنای مذاهب اسلامی موجود در افغانستان، تدوین می نماید. (مادۀ ۴۵)
- Pashtoدولت د اسلام د سپېڅلي دين د حكمونو او ملي فرهنگ پر بنسټ او له علمي اصولو سره سم، واحد تعليمي نصاب طرح او تطبيقوي او د ښوونځيو د ديني مضمونونو نصاب په افغانستان كې د شتو اسلامي مذهبونو پر بنسټ تدوينوي. (۴۵ ماده)
Education
- EnglishEstablishing and administering higher, general and specialized educational institutions shall be the duty of the state. ... Admission terms to higher educational institutes of the state and other related matters shall be regulated by law. (Art. 46)
- Dariتأسیس و ادارۀ مؤسسات تعلیمات عالی، عمومی و اختصاصی وظیفه دولت است. ... شرایط شمول در مؤسسات تعلیمات عالی دولتی و سایر امور مربوط به آن، توسط قانون تنظیم میگردد. (مادۀ ۴۶)
- Pashtoد لوړو عمومي او اختصاصي زده كړو د مؤسسو جوړول او اداره كول، د دولت وظيفه ده. … د لوړو زده كړو په دولتي مؤسسو كې د شاملېدو شرطونه او له هغو سره نورې مربوطې چارې، د قانون له ليارې تنظيمېږي. (۴۶ ماده)

Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan 2004 (English). According to Art. 16: “From amongst Pashto, Dari, Uzbeki, Turkmani, Baluchi, Pachaie, Nuristani, Pamiri, and other current languages in the country, Pashto and Dari shall be the official languages of the state. ...” This Constitution is currently suspended.
