Participation in Public Life and Institutions

    Save as otherwise provided in this Constitution, every person holding office in the public service of the Government shall hold office during His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan’s pleasure. (Sec. 70)

    Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan selainnya dalam Perlembagaan ini, setiap orang yang memegang jawatan dalam perkhidmatan awam Kerajaan hendaklah memegang jawatan selama tempoh selagi diperkenankan oleh Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan. (Sec. 70)
