    Ministers will be appointed by the President and will be presented to the Assembly for a vote of confidence. With the change of Assembly, a new vote of confidence will not be necessary. The number of ministers and the jurisdiction of each will be determined by law. (Art. 133)

    وزرا توسط رئیسجمهور تعیین و برای گرفتن رأی اعتماد به مجلس معرفی می‌شوند با تغییر مجلس، گرفتن رأی اعتماد جدید برای وزرا لازم نیست. تعداد وزیران و حدود اختیارات هر یک از آنان را قانون معین میکند. (اصل 133)
