Marriage and Family Life

1. Marriage and family, motherhood, fatherhood, and childhood shall be under the protection of the state.
2. Care and upbringing of children shall be a natural right and responsibility of parents.
3. Adult, able-bodied children must take care of their disabled parents. (Art. 27) - Kazak
1. Неке мен отбасы, ана мен әке және бала мемлекеттiң қорғауында болады.
2. Балаларына қамқорлық жасау және оларды тәрбиелеу - ата-ананың етене құқығы әрi мiндетi.
3. Кәмелетке толған еңбекке қабiлеттi балалар еңбекке жарамсыз ата-анасына қамқорлық жасауға мiндеттi. (27-бап)
