Status of the Constitution
- EnglishThe application of the provisions of this Constitution shall not invalidate the obligations of Kuwait's Treaties and Agreements with States and International bodies. (Art. 177)
- Arabicلا يخل تطبيق هذا الدستور بما ارتبطت به الكويت مع الدول والهيئات الدولية من معاهدات واتفاقات. (المادّة 177)
Status of the Constitution
- EnglishAll of the dictates laid down by Law, regulations, decrees, orders, and decisions operative at the time of the coming into force of this Constitution shall remain in force unless amended or abrogated in compliance with the order established by this Constitution and provided they do not conflict with any of its provisions. (Art. 180)
- Arabicكل ما قررته القوانين واللوائح والمراسيم والأوامر والقرارات المعمول بها عند العمل بهذا الدستور يظل سارياً ما لم يعدل أو يبلغ وفقاً للنظام المقرر بهذا الدستور، وبشرط ألا يتعارض مع نص من نصوصه. واتفاقات. (المادّة 180)
