(15) ජාත්යන්තර සාමය, සුරක්ෂිතභාවය හා සහයෝගීතාව වර්ධනය කිරීම ද, ජාතීන් අතර කටයුතුවල දී ජාත්යන්තර නීතිය සහ ගිවිස ගත් බැඳීම් කෙරෙහි ගෞරවය ඇති කිරීමට උත්සාහ කිරීම ද, ධර්මිෂ්ඨ හා සාධාරණ ජාත්යන්තර ආර්ථීක හා සමාජ ක්රමයක් ඇති කිරීමට උත්සාහ කිරීම ද රජය විසින් කළ යුත්තේ ය. (27 වැනි වගන්තිය)
