    1. The state shall guarantee every citizen and his family in cases of emergency, sickness, disability, orphan-hood and old age;
    2. The state shall protect the health of citizens and provide them with the means of prevention, treatment and medication. (Art. 22)

    1. تكفل الدّولة كل مواطن وأسرته في حالات الطوارئ والمرض والعجز واليُتم والشيخوخة،
    2. تحمي الدّولة صحّة المواطنين وتوفّر لهم وسائل الوقاية والمعالجة والتّداوي. (المادّة 22)
