Constitution of the Czech Republic 1993, as amended to 2013 (English). Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms 1992, as amended to 2021 (English). According to Art. 3 of the 1993 Constitution: "The Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms forms a part of the constitutional order of the Czech Republic."
