Protection from Violence

    The human right to physical and moral dignity is irrevocable. Any form of torture, or inhuman or humiliating conduct or punishment, is prohibited. Forced labour is prohibited. (Art. 11)

    Физичкиот и моралниот интегритет на човекот се неприкосновени. Се забранува секој облик на мачење, нечовечко или понижувачко однесување и казнување. Се забранува присилна работа. (Член 11)

Protection from Violence

    The Republic particularly protects mothers, children and minors. A person under 15 years of age cannot be employed. Minors and mothers have the right to particular protection at work. Minors may not be employed in work which is detrimental to their health or morality. (Art. 42)

    Републиката посебно ги заштитува мајчинството, децата и малолетните лица. Лице помладо од 15 години живот не може да биде вработено. Малолетните лица и мајките имаат право на посебна заштита при работа. Малолетните лица не смеат да бидат вработувани на работни места што се штетни за нивното здравје и моралот. (Член 42)

According to Art. 7 (as replaced by Amendment V): “The Macedonian language, written using its Cyrillic alphabet, is the official language throughout the Republic of North Macedonia ...” The country's name has been changed from “Macedonia” to “North Macedonia” in accordance with Amendment XXXIII.
