Indigenous Peoples
- English1.The Russian Federation shall guarantee the rights of indigenous small peoples in accordance with the universally recognized principles and norms of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation.
2. The state protects cultural identity of all the nations and ethnic communities of the Russian Federation, guarantees preservation of ethnic-cultural and languagevariety.
3. The Russian Federation provides support to compatriots living abroad in exercising their rights, ensuring protection of their interests and preserving all-Russian cultural identity. (Art. 69) - Russian1.Российская Федерация гарантирует права коренных малочисленных народов в соответствии с общепризнанными принципами и нормами международного права и международными договорами Российской Федерации.
2. Государство защищает культурную самобытность всех народов и этнических общностей Российской Федерации, гарантирует сохранение этнокультурного и языкового многообразия.
3. Российская Федерация оказывает поддержку соотечественникам, проживающим за рубежом, в осуществлении их прав, обеспечении защиты их интересов и сохранении общероссийской культурной идентичности. (Статья 69)
