    1. Human dignity shall be protected by the State. Nothing may serve as a basis for its derogation.
    2. Nobody should be subjected to torture, violence, or other severe or humiliating treatment or punishment. Nobody may be subjected to medical, scientific or other experiments without voluntary consent. (Art. 21)

    1. Достоинство личности охраняется государством. Ничто не может быть основанием для его умаления.
    2. Никто не должен подвергаться пыткам, насилию, другому жестокому или унижающему человеческое достоинство обращению или наказанию. Никто не может быть без добровольного согласия подвергнут медицинским, научным или иным опытам. (Статья 21)
