Religious Law

The Republic of Serbia is a secular state.
Churches and religious communities shall be separated from the state.
No religion may be established as state or mandatory religion. (Art. 11) - Serbian Cyrillic
Република Србија је световна држава.
Цркве и верске заједнице су одвојене од државе.
Ниједна религија не може се успоставити као државна или обавезна. (Члан 11)
