- EnglishThe Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is the highest body in the system of bodies of executive power.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is responsible to the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as well as under the control of and accountable to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine within the limits provided for by this Constitution of Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is guided in its activity by this Constitution and the laws of Ukraine and also by decrees of the President of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in accordance with the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine. (Art. 113) - UkrainianКабінет Міністрів України є вищим органом у системі органів виконавчої влади.
Кабінет Міністрів України відповідальний перед Президентом України і Верховною Радою України, підконтрольний і підзвітний Верховній Раді України у межах, передбачених цією Конституцією.
Кабінет Міністрів України у своїй діяльності керується цією Конституцією та законами України, а також указами Президента України та постановами Верховної Ради України, прийнятими відповідно до Конституції та законів України. (Стаття 113)
