The state guarantees the right to free public education at all levels and ensures provisions of the necessary resources to achieve a high quality of education, teaching, and training. It shall also work to consolidate the Arab-Muslim identity and national belonging in the young generations, and to strengthen, promote and generalize the use of the Arabic language and to openness to foreign languages, human civilizations and diffusion of the culture of human rights. تضمن الدولة الحقّ في التّعليم العمومي المجاني بـــكامل مراحله، وتسعى إلى توفير الإمكانيات الضّرورية لتحقيق جودة التربية والتّعليم والتّكوين، كما تعمل على تأصيل الناشئة في هويتها العربية الإسلامية وانتمائها الوطني وعلى ترسيخ اللّغة العربية ودعمها وتعميم استخدامها والانفتاح على اللّغات الأجنبية والحضارات الإنسانية ونشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان. All work merits a salary.
The right to protection, to security and to hygiene at work, is guaranteed by the law.
The right to rest is guaranteed; the law determines the modalities of [its] exercise.
The right of the worker to social security is guaranteed by the law.
The employment of children is punished by the law.
The State works for the promotion of apprenticeship and implements policies to help the creation of employments.

كل عمل يقابله أجر.
يضمن القانون أثناء العمل الحقّ في الحماية، والأمن، والنّظافة.
الحقّ في الرّاحة مضمون، ويحدّد القانون شروط ممارسته.

يعاقب القانون على تشغيل الأطفال.
