Bolivia, Plurinational State of
- EnglishI. The State shall recognize the validity of institutes of humanistic, technical and technological training, at middle and higher levels, upon prior fulfillment of the conditions and requisites established in the law.
II. The State shall promote technical, technological, productive, artistic and linguistic training through technical institutes.
III. The State, through the educational system, shall promote the creation and organization of distance educational programs and popular education programs for those who have not attended school, with the objective of elevating the cultural level and developing the Pluri-National consciousness of the people. El Estado reconocerá la vigencia de institutos de formación humanística, técnica y tecnológica, en los niveles medio y superior, previo cumplimiento de las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en la ley.
II. El Estado promoverá la formación técnica, tecnológica, productiva, artística y lingüística, a través de institutos técnicos.
III. El Estado, a través del sistema educativo, promoverá la creación y organización de programas educativos a distancia y populares no escolarizados, con el objetivo de elevar el nivel cultural y desarrollar la conciencia plurinacional del pueblo. (Art. 90)
