- EnglishIn Slovenia everyone shall be guaranteed equal human rights and fundamental freedoms irrespective of national origin, race, sex, language, religion, political or other conviction, material standing, birth, education, social status, disability or any other personal circumstance.
All are equal before the law. (Art. 14) - SloveneV Sloveniji so vsakomur zagotovljene enake človekove pravice in temeljne svoboščine, ne glede na narodnost, raso spol, jezik, vero, politično ali drugo prepričanje, gmotno stanje, rojstvo, izobrazbo, družbeni položaj, invalidnost ali katerokoli drugo osebno okoliščino.

- EnglishAll persons are equal before the law, and, consequently:
1. No discrimination based on race, sex, creed or social standing shall be permitted, nor, in general, any discrimination with the intent or effect of nullifying or encroaching upon the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on equal terms, of the rights and liberties of every individual.
2. The law shall guarantee legal and administrative conditions such as to make equality before the law real and effective manner; shall adopt affirmative measures for the benefit of any group that is discriminated against, marginalized or vulnerable; shall protect in particular those persons who, because of any of the aforementioned circumstances, are in a manifestly weak position; and shall punish those who abuse or mistreat such persons.
3. People will only be officially addressed as Citizens, except for diplomatic forms.
4. No titles of nobility or hereditary distinctions shall be recognized. (Art. 21) - SpanishTodas las personas son iguales ante la ley, y en consecuencia:
1. No se permitirán discriminaciones fundadas en la raza, el sexo, el credo, la condición social o aquellas que, en general, tengan por objeto o por resultado anular o menoscabar el reconocimiento, goce o ejercicio en condiciones de igualdad, de los derechos y libertades de toda persona.
2. La ley garantizará las condiciones jurídicas y administrativas para que la igualdad ante la ley sea real y efectiva; adoptará medidas positivas a favor de personas o grupos que puedan ser discriminados, marginados o vulnerables; protegerá especialmente a aquellas personas que por alguna de las condiciones antes especificadas, se encuentren en circunstancia de debilidad manifiesta y sancionará los abusos o maltratos que contra ellas se cometan.
3. Sólo se dará el trato oficial de ciudadano o ciudadana; salvo las fórmulas diplomáticas.
4. No se reconocen títulos nobiliarios ni distinciones hereditarias. (Art. 21)

(1) All citizens shall be equal before law. No one shall be denied the equal protection of law.
(2) No discrimination shall be made in the application of general laws on grounds of origin, religion, race, caste, tribe, sex, physical condition, disability, condition of health, marital status, pregnancy, economic condition, language or region, ideological conviction or on similar other grounds.
(3) The State shall not discriminate among citizens on grounds of origin, religion, race, caste, tribe, sex, economic condition, language, region, ideological conviction or on similar other grounds.
Provided that nothing shall be deemed to prevent the making of special provisions by law for the protection, empowerment or development of the citizens including the socially or culturally backward women, Dalit, indigenous people, indigenous nationalities (Aadibasi Janajati), Madhesi, Tharu, Muslim, oppressed class, Pichhada class, minorities, the marginalized, farmers, labours, youths, children, senior citizens, gender and sexual minorities, persons with disabilities, pregnant persons, incapacitated or helpless, backward region and indigent Khas Arya.

(१) सबै नागरिक कानूनको दृष्टिमा समान हुनेछन् । कसैलाई पनि कानूनको समान संरक्षणबाट वञ्चित गरिने छैन ।

- EnglishAll citizens are equal before the Law. They are equal in rights, freedoms and general duties, without discrimination based on religion, belief, sex, origin, race, color, language, disability, social class, political or geographic affiliation or any other reason.
Discrimination and incitement of hatred is a crime punished by Law.
The State shall take necessary measures for eliminating all forms of discrimination, and the Law shall regulate creating an independent commission for this purpose. (Art. 53) - Arabicالمواطنون لدى القانون سواء، وهم متساوون فى الحقوق والحرّيات والواجبات العامّة، لا تمييز بينهم بسبب الدّين، أو العقيدة، أو الجنس، أو الأصل، أو العرق، أو اللّون، أو اللّغة، أو الإعاقة، أو المستوى الإجتماعى، أو الإنتماء السّياسي أو الجغرافيّ، أو لأىّ سبب آخر.
التمييز والحض على الكراهية جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون.
تلتزم الدّولة باتّخاذ التدابير اللاّزمة للقضاء علي كافة أشكال التّمييز، وينظّم القانون إنشاء مفوّضية مستقلّة لهذا الغرض. (المادّة 53)
