[مگر شرط یہ بھی ہے کہ پاکستان کی ملازمت میں کسی بھی طبقے یا علاقے کی کم نمائندگی کی مذکورہ طریقہ کار پر تلافی کی جائے گی جیسا مجلسِ شوریٰ (پارلیمنٹ) کے کسی ایکٹ کے ذریعے تعین کیا جا سکے]۔
