- EnglishThe man and the woman enjoy, in equality, the rights and freedoms of civil, political, economic, social, cultural and environmental character, enounced in this Title7 and in the other provisions of the Constitution, as well as in the international conventions and pacts duly ratified with by Morocco and this, respect for the provisions of the Constitution, of the constants [constantes] of the Kingdom and of its laws.
The State works for the realization of parity between men and women.
An Authority for parity and the struggle against all forms of discrimination is created, to this effect. (Art. 19) - Arabicيتمتّع الرّجل والمرأة، على قدم المساواة، بالحقوق والحرّيات المدنيّة والسياسيّة والاقتصاديّة والاجتماعيّة والثقافية والبيئية، الواردة في هذا الباب من الدستور، وفي مقتضياته الأخرى، وكذا في الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدّولية، كما صادق عليها المغرب، وكل ذلك في نطاق أحكام الدستور وثوابت المملكة وقوانينها.

- EnglishThe Queen of Cambodia shall have no right to engage in politics, to assume a leading function in State or Government affairs, or to assume an administrative or political role.
The Queen of Cambodia shall devote herself in tasks of social, humanitarian, religious interests, and assist the King in protocol and diplomatic obligations. - EnglishAll persons who, on the date of an election, are 18 years of age or older and have Icelandic nationality have the right to vote in elections to Althingi. Permanent domicile in Iceland, on the date of an election, is also a requirement for voting, unless exceptions from this rule are stipulated in the law on elections to Althingi.

The elected assembly constitutes the framework by which the will of the people is expressed and the control of the action of the public powers is exercised.

- English1. Subject to the provisions of subsection (2) of this section a person shall be qualified to be registered as an elector for elections to the House of Representatives if, and shall not be so qualified unless, he is-
a. a citizen of Jamaica resident in Jamaica at the date of registration, or
b. a Commonwealth citizen (other than a citizen of Jamaica) who is resident in Jamaica at the date of registration and who has been so resident for at least twelve months immediately preceding that date,
and has attained the prescribed age.

3. In this section, “the prescribed age” means-
a. the age of twenty-one years, or
b. such other age being less than the age of twenty-one years but not less than the age of eighteen years that may from time to time be prescribed by a special Act; and “a special Act” means an Act of Parliament the Bill for which has been passed by both Houses and at the final vote thereon in each House has been supported by the votes of a majority of all the members of that House.
