- EnglishThe Constitutional Declaration issued on July 5th, 2013, the Constitutional Declaration issued on July 8th, 2013, and any constitutional texts or provisions of the Constitution issued in 2012 but not covered by this constitutional document shall be deemed repealed as of the date that this Constitution comes into effect. Their consequential effects shall however remain in force. (Art. 246)

- EnglishAll provisions embodied in laws and regulations in force upon the entering of this Constitution into force shall continue to be valid and effective unless they are amended in accordance with it. The enforcement of this Constitution shall not affect the provisions of the treaties and international agreements to which the State of Qatar is a party. (Art. 143)

- EnglishThe international treaties existing prior to the Constitution, which do not contradict it, shall be maintained in the internal legal order with the rank of law. Within the period of four years after the election of the new Executive Organ, the Executive shall renounce and, in that case, renegotiate the international treaties that may be contrary to the Constitution. The international commitments, provided for in Articles 106 to 108 below must be deferred, before their ratification, to the Constitutional Court, either by the President of the Republic or by the Prime Minister, or by the President of the National Assembly, or one-tenth (1/10) of the Deputies, or by the President of the Senate or one-tenth (1/10) of the Senators. The Constitutional Court verifies, within a time period of one (1) month, if these commitments contain a clause contrary to the Constitution. However, at the demand of the Government, if there is urgency, this time period is reduced to eight (8) days.
In the affirmative, these commitments may not be ratified. (Art. 87)10 - French
Les engagements internationaux, prévus aux articles 113 à 115 ci-après doivent être déférés, avant leur ratification, à la Cour constitutionnelle, soit par le président de la République, soit par le Premier ministre, soit par le président de l'Assemblée nationale, ou par un dixième des députés, soit par le Président du Sénat ou un dixième (1/10e) des sénateurs.

- EnglishThe Republic of San Marino receives generally recognised rules of international law as integral part of its constitutional order, to which it shall conform its acts and conduct. It recognises the provisions set forth in the international declarations on human rights and fundamental freedoms.
It reasserts the right to political asylum. It rejects war as a means to settle disputes between States and, in its international policy, adheres to the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations.
San Marino constitutional order recognises, guarantees and enforces the rights and fundamental freedoms set forth by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
Regularly signed and implemented international agreements on the protection of human rights and freedoms shall prevail over domestic legislation in case of conflict. (Art. 1) - ItalianLa Repubblica di San Marino riconosce, come parte integrante del proprio ordinamento, le norme di diritto internazionale generalmente riconosciute e conforma ad esse i suoi atti e la condotta. Si uniforma alle norme contenute nelle dichiarazioni internazionali in tema di diritti dell'uomo e delle libertà fondamentali.
Riconferma il diritto di asilo politico. Rifiuta la guerra come strumento di risoluzione delle controversie fra Stati e si conforma, nell'azione internazionale, ai principi sanciti dallo Statuto delle Nazioni Unite.
L'ordinamento sammarinese riconosce, garantisce ed attua i diritti e le libertà fondamentali enunciate nella Convenzione Europea per la salvaguardia dei diritti dell'uomo e delle libertà fondamentali.
Gli accordi internazionali in tema di protezione delle libertà e dei diritti dell'uomo, regolarmente stipulati e resi esecutivi, prevalgono in caso di contrasto sulle norme interne. (Art. 1)
