When the Constitutional Court judges that a treaty, accord or convention is unconstitutional, its ratification may not take place.
When the Constitutional Court judges that a law is unconstitutional, this may not be promulgated.
When a provision of an ordinance or of a regulation is judged unconstitutional, this loses all effect, counting from the day of the decision of the Court.
When the Constitutional Court judges that a legislative or regulatory provision is unconstitutional on the basis of Article 195 above, it loses all effect, counting from the day established by the decision of the Court.

إذا قررت المحكمة الدستورية عدم دستورّية معاهدة أو ا ّتفاق أو ا ّتفاقّية، فال يتّم التصديق عليها.
إذا قررت المحكمة الدستورية عدم دستورية قانون، ال يتم إصداره.
إذا قررت المحكمة الدستورية عدم دستورية أمر أو تنظيم، فإن هذا النص يفقد أثره، ابتداء من يوم صدور قرار المحكمة الدستورية.

Lorsque la Cour constitutionnelle juge qu’un traité, accord ou convention est inconstitutionnel, sa ratification ne peut avoir lieu.
