- EnglishAll civil, penal, financial, economic, administrative, cultural, military, political, and other laws and regulations must be based on Islamic criteria. The State commits to respecting the Constitution, the Rights of Man and the public freedoms. It sees to making them known and diffuses them among the population.
The State takes the necessary measures to integrate the Constitution, the Rights of Man and the public freedoms in the school and university programs of teaching as well as in the training of the forces of defense and of security, and of the agents of the Administration. (Art. 28) - French

(b) requiring this Constitution to be taught in schools and as part of the curricula for the training of members of the security services, the Public Service and members and employees of public institutions; and
