No appeal to the Constitutional Court shall be made with regard to these agreements, on the grounds that they are unconstitutional. In the case of a conflict between international agreements, duly put into effect, concerning fundamental rights and freedoms and the laws due to differences in provisions on the same matter, the provisions of international agreements shall prevail. (1) The Constitutional Court shall decide on complaints of natural persons or legal persons if they are pleading the infringement of their fundamental rights or freedoms, or human rights and fundamental freedoms resulting from the international treaty which has been ratified by the Slovak Republic and promulgated in the manner laid down by a law, save another court shall decide on protection of these rights and freedoms.

- EnglishIf the Constitutional Court referred to [the matter] by the President of the Republic or by a Deputy, has declared that an international engagement contains a clause contrary to the Constitution, the authorization to ratify it or to approve it may only intervene after the revision of the Constitution.
A law authorizing the ratification or the approval of an international engagement may not be promulgated and enter into force when it has been declared nonconforming to the Constitution. (Art. 150) - FrenchSi la Cour constitutionnelle, saisie par le président de la République ou un député a déclaré qu'un engagement international comporte une clause contraire à la loi fondamentale, l'autorisation de la ratifier ou de l'approuver ne peut intervenir qu'après la révision de la Constitution.

Decision-making authority which is directly based on the present Instrument of Government and which relates to the laying down of provisions, the use of central government assets, tasks connected with judicial or administrative functions, or the conclusion or denunciation of an international agreement or obligation may, in cases other than those under Article 6, be transferred to a limited extent, to an international organisation for peaceful cooperation of which Sweden is a member, or is about to become a member, or to an international court of law.
Decision-making authority relating to matters concerning the enactment, amendment or abrogation of fundamental law, the Riksdag Act or a law on elections to the Riksdag, or relating to the restriction of any of the rights and freedoms referred to in Chapter 2 may not be transferred under paragraph one.

I andra fall än de som avses i 6 § kan beslutanderätt som direkt grundar sig på denna regeringsform och som avser meddelande av föreskrifter, användningen av statenstillgångar, rättskipnings- eller förvaltningsuppgifter eller ingående eller uppsägning av internationella överenskommelser eller förpliktelser, i begränsad omfattning överlåtas till en mellanfolklig organisation för fredligt samarbete, till vilken riket är eller ska bli anslutet, eller till en mellanfolklig domstol.

Status of International Law
- English1. Any international agreement entered into after the commencement of this Constitution shall form part of the law of the Republic if so provided by an Act of Parliament.
2. Binding international agreements entered into before the commencement of this Constitution shall continue to bind the Republic unless otherwise provided by an Act of Parliament.
3. Customary international law, unless inconsistent with this Constitution or an Act of Parliament, shall form part of the law of the Republic. (Sec. 211)
