- English1. Any person who claims that a fundamental or other right or freedom guaranteed under this Constitution has been infringed or threatened, is entitled to apply to a competent court for redress which may include compensation.
2. Any person or organisation may bring an action against the violation of another person's or group's human rights.
3. Any person aggrieved by any decision of the court may appeal to the appropriate court.
4. Parliament shall make laws for the enforcement of the rights and freedoms under this Chapter5. (Art. 50)

- EnglishProceedings for failure to comply shall be aimed at guaranteeing the application of rules and regulations comprising the legal system, as well as compliance with the rulings or reports of international human rights organizations, when the regulation or decision whose enforcement is being pursued contains an obligation to make it clear, express and enforceable. 2. The Constitutional Court shall consider the appeals of the President of the Republic in the cases provided for by subparagraph 10-1) of Article 44 of the Constitution, as well as the appeals of the courts in the cases established by Article 78 of the Constitution.
3. The Constitutional Court on the appeals of citizens, shall consider the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan that directly affect their rights and freedoms, enshrined in the Constitution for compliance with the Constitution of the Republic.
The procedure and conditions for the appeals of citizens to the Constitutional Court shall be determined by the constitutional law.
4. The Constitutional Court, upon the appeals of the Prosecutor General of the Republic shall consider the issues specified in subparagraphs 3) and 4) of paragraph 1 of this article, as well as the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for their compliance with the Constitution of the Republic.
5. The Constitutional Court, on the appeal of the Commissioner for Human Rights shall consider the regulatory legal acts affecting the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen enshrined in the Constitution for compliance with the Constitution of the Republic. (Art. 72) - Kazak
