The freedom to constitute political parties, trade unions [syndicats] and associations is guaranteed.
The political parties, the trade unions and the associations commit in their statutes and their activities to respect the provisions of the Constitution and of the law, as well as the financial transparency and the rejection of violence. (Art. 40) - Arabic

La liberté de constituer des partis politiques, des syndicats et des associations est garantie.
Les partis politiques, les syndicats et les associations s’engagent dans leurs statuts et leurs activités à respecter les dispositions de la Constitution et de la loi, ainsi que la transparence financière et le rejet de la violence. (Art. 40)

- EnglishThe political parties or groups concur in the expression of suffrage, [and] to the animation of the political, economic and social life.
They freely form and exercise their activities. They are required to promote and to respect the principles of democracy, of unity and of national sovereignty, of the Rights of Man, of the secularity and the republican form of the State, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
It is prohibited to them to identify themselves with a race, an ethnicity, a gender, a religion, a sect, a language, a region or an armed group.
The political parties must respect the principles of representation of gender and of regions specified by the law.
A law determines the conditions of their formation, of their functioning, of their funding [financement] of their control and of their dissolution. (Art. 31) - FrenchLes partis et groupements politiques concourent à l’expression du suffrage, à l’animation de la vie politique, économique et sociale.
Ils se forment et exercent librement leurs activités. Ils sont tenus de promouvoir et de respecter les principes de la démocratie, de l’unité et de la souveraineté nationale, des droits de l’Homme, de la laïcité et forme républicain de l’Etat, conformément aux lois et règlements en vigueur.
Il leur est interdit de s’identifier à une race, à une ethnie, à un sexe, à une religion, à une secte, à une langue, à une région ou à un groupe armé.

- EnglishAll citizens shall have the right to form political parties by notification as regulated by Law. No political activity may be practiced and no political parties may be formed on the basis of religion or discrimination based on sex, or origin, or on sectarian basis or geographic location. No activity that is hostile to democratic principles, secretive, or of military or quasi-military nature may be practiced.
Political parties may not be dissolved except by virtue of a court judgment. The political parties participate [concourent] in the exercise of suffrage. They are formed and exercise their activities freely within the conditions determined by the Charter of Political Parties [Charte des Partis politiques]. They must respect the principles of national sovereignty, of democracy, of the territorial integrity and of the secularity of the State.
The State participates in the financing of the political parties within the conditions established by the law. The amount allocated for this purpose may not decrease from one budgetary fiscal year to another. However, in the case of a decrease of the proprietary resources of the general budget of the State, the allocation may be reduced in the same proportions. (Art. 5) - French
Les Partis politiques concourent à l'expression du suffrage. Ils se forment et exercent librement leurs activités dans les conditions déterminées par la Charte des partis politiques. Ils doivent respecter les principes de la souveraineté nationale, de la démocratie, de l'intégrité territoriale et la laïcité de l'Etat.
L’Etat concourt au financement des partis politiques aux conditions fixées par la loi. Le montant alloué à cette fin ne peut diminuer d'un exercice budgétaire à un autre. (2) Every citizen of Ghana of voting age has the right to join a political party.
(3) Subject to the provisions of this article, a political party is free to participate in shaping the political will of the people, to disseminate information on political ideas, social and economic programmes of a national character, and sponsor candidates for elections to any public office other than to District Assemblies or lower local government units.
(4) Every political party shall have a national character, and membership shall not be based on ethnic, religious, regional or other sectional divisions.
(5) The internal organization of a political party shall conform to democratic principles and its actions and purposes shall not contravene or be inconsistent with this Constitution or any other law.
