- EnglishOnly men and women fulfilling the following conditions can be candidates to presidential election:
– to be of Central African nationality;
– to be aged thirty-five (35) years at least [on] the day of the deposit of the dossier of the candidature;
– to have a property built on the national territory;
– to have resided in the national territory for at least one (1) year;
– to not have been the object of a sentence to an afflictive or defamatory penalty;
– enjoying their civil rights;
– enjoying good mental and physical health;
– to be of good morals.

(a) has had a distinguished career in any aspect of national or international life, whether in the public or private sector;
(b) holds only a Fijian citizenship;

(e) has not, at any time during the 6 years immediately before being nominated, been convicted of any offence under any law.

- EnglishEvery Yemeni who meets the following specified conditions may become a candidate for the post of the President of the Republic:
a. To be at least forty years old.
b. To be a descendant of Yemeni parents.
c. To be at Liberty to practice his political and civil rights.
d. To be of good character, practices his Islamic duties and have no dishonorable criminal record and if so, he has been reprieved.
e. Not to be married to a foreign spouse or to enter into such a marriage during his term of office. (Art. 107) - Arabicكل يمني تتوفر فيه الشروط المحدده فيما يأتي يمكن أن يُرشَح لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية -

- EnglishTo be President of the Republic of Haiti, one must:
1. be Haitian of origin and never to have renounced his Haitian nationality and not holding any other nationality at the moment of his inscription;
2. be thirty-five (35) years of age on the day of the elections;
3. enjoy ones civil and political rights and to never have been condemned to a afflictive and infamous penalty for a crime of common law;
4. be the owner of real assets at the least and have a habitual residence in the country;
5. have resided in the country for five (5) consecutive years at least before the date of the elections;
