The membership of the Crown Council shall be composed of:

- EnglishThe executive power is vested in the King, or in the Queen if she has succeeded to the Crown pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 or Article 7 or Article 48 of this Constitution. (2) The President of Romania shall guard the observance of the Constitution and the proper functioning of the public authorities.
