(৩) যে সংসদ-সদস্য সংসদের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ সদস্যের আস্থাভাজন বলিয়া রাষ্ট্রপতির নিকট প্রতীয়মান হইবেন, রাষ্ট্রপতি তাঁহাকে প্রধানমন্ত্রী নিয়োগ করিবেন।
