- EnglishI. Every person has the following rights:
1. To dignified work, with industrial and occupational health and safety, without discrimination, and with a fair, equitable and satisfactory remuneration or salary that assures a dignified existence for the worker and his or her family.
2. To a stable source of work under equitable and satisfactory conditions.
II. The State shall protect the exercise of work in all its forms.
III. All forms of forced work or other analogous exploitation that obligates a person to work without his or her consent and without fair remuneration is prohibited. (Art. 46) - SpanishI. Toda persona tiene derecho:
1. Al trabajo digno, con seguridad industrial, higiene y salud ocupacional, sin discriminación, y con remuneración o salario justo, equitativo y satisfactorio, que le asegure para sí y su familia una existencia digna.
2. A una fuente laboral estable, en condiciones equitativas y satisfactorias.
II. El Estado protegerá el ejercicio del trabajo en todas sus formas.
III. Se prohíbe toda forma de trabajo forzoso u otro modo análogo de explotación que obligue a una persona a realizar labores sin su consentimiento y justa retribución. (Art. 46)

Costa Rica
- EnglishAll workers have the right to a minimum salary, fixed periodically, for a normal working day, that procures them [a] well-being and [a] dignified existence. The salary will always be equal for equal work in identical conditions of efficiency.
All [matters] relative to the fixing of the minimum salaries will be the responsibility of the technical organ that the law determines. (Art. 57) - SpanishTodo trabajador tendrá derecho a un salario mínimo, de fijación periódica, por jornada normal, que le procure bienestar y existencia digna. El salario será siempre igual para trabajo igual en idénticas condiciones de eficiencia.
Todo lo relativo a fijación de salarios mínimos estará a cargo del organismo técnico que la ley determine. (Art. 57)

Cuba
- EnglishPeople who work have a right to social security. The State, through the social security system, guarantees adequate protection when a person finds themselves unable to work due to age, maternity, paternity, disability, or illness.
Likewise, in accordance with the law, the State protects grandparents or other relatives of minors in their care and attention.
In the case of a worker's death or retirement, the State grants similar protection to his or her family, in accordance with that which is established in the law. (Art. 68) - SpanishLa persona que trabaja tiene derecho a la seguridad social. El Estado, mediante el sistema de seguridad social, le garantiza la protección adecuada cuando se encuentre impedida de laborar por su edad, maternidad, paternidad, invalidez o enfermedad.
Asimismo, de conformidad con la ley, el Estado protege a los abuelos u otros familiares del menor de edad, en función del cuidado y atención a este.
En caso de muerte de la persona que trabaja o se encuentra pensionada, el Estado brinda similar protección a su familia, conforme a lo establecido en la ley. (Art. 68)
