- EnglishI. The nations and the rural native indigenous peoples that are in danger of extinction, in voluntary isolation and not in contact, shall be protected and respected with respect to their forms of individual and collective life.
II. The nations and the rural native indigenous peoples that live in isolation and out of contact enjoy the right to maintain themselves in that condition, and to the legal definition and consolidation of the territory which they occupy and inhabit. Las naciones y pueblos indígena originarios en peligro de extinción, en situación de aislamiento voluntario y no contactados, serán protegidos y respetados en sus formas de vida individual y colectiva.
II. Las naciones y pueblos indígenas en aislamiento y no contactados gozan del derecho a mantenerse en esa condición, a la delimitación y consolidación legal del territorio que ocupan y habitan. (Art. 31)
