Within the period of four years after the election of the new Executive Organ, the Executive shall renounce and, in that case, renegotiate the international treaties that may be contrary to the Constitution. The declaration of unconstitutionality of a treaty, in a general and obligatory manner, will be made in the same form provided for [prevista] by this Constitution for the laws, decrees and regulations. (Art. 149) - SpanishLa facultad de declarar la inaplicabilidad de las disposiciones de cualquier tratado contrarias a los preceptos constitucionales, se ejercerá por los tribunales dentro de la potestad de administrar justicia.
