- EnglishThe State guarantees, in accordance with the law, that people may access judicial bodies in order to obtain effective protection of their rights and legitimate interests. Fulfillment of judicial decisions is obligatory and disrespect of these decisions will result in liability for those who violate them. (Art. 92)

- EnglishAny person may seek amparo before the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice for violation of the rights granted by this Constitution.
The habeas corpus may be sought before the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice or before the Chambers of Second Instance that do not reside in the capital. The resolution of the Chamber that denies the freedom of the favored person [favorecido] may be the object of review [revisión], at the request of the interested party, by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. - EnglishEvery person against whom a Public Officer shall issue or execute a mandatory order or an injunction violating the rights and guarantees established by this Constitution, shall have the right of the order being revoked upon his/her petition or the petition of any other person.
The writ for protection of constitutional guarantee (amparo de garantías constitucionales), to which this Article refers, shall be subject to summary proceedings and the Cognizance of Courts of Law. 1. Rights can be exercised, promoted and enforced individually or collectively before competent authorities; these authorities shall guarantee their enforcement.

3. The rights and guarantees set forth in the Constitution and in international human rights instruments shall be directly and immediately enforced by and before any civil, administrative or judicial servant, either by virtue of their office or at the request of the party.
For the exercise of rights and constitutional guarantees, no conditions or requirements shall be established other than those set forth in the Constitution or by law.
Rights shall be fully actionable. Absence of a legal regulatory framework cannot be alleged to justify their infringement or ignorance thereof, to dismiss proceedings filed as a result of these actions or to deny their recognition.

The State shall immediately exercise the right to file a claim for restoration against those persons responsible for the damage produced, without detriment to civil, criminal and administrative liabilities.
The State shall be held liable for arbitrary arrest and detention, miscarriage of justice, unjustified delay or inadequate administration of justice, violation of the right to effective protection of the court, and any violations of the principles and rules of due process of law.
When a final judgment of conviction is reversed or vacated, the State shall provide redress to the person who has sustained damages as a result of this judgment; when the responsibility for such acts by public, administrative or judicial servants is identified, they shall be duly charged to obtain restitution. - EnglishThe state recognizes the guarantee of amparo.
Consequently, any aggrieved person, or any other in his name, has the right to interpose the recourse of amparo:
1) so that the enjoyment and benefit [goce y disfrute] of the rights and guarantees that the Constitution, the treaties, conventions and other international instruments establish[,] are maintained or restituted; and
2) so that in specific [concretos] cases that a regulation, act [hecho], act [acto] or resolution of authority is declared to not obligate the petitioner [recurrente] or is not applicable to contravene, diminish or distort any of the rights recognized by this Constitution.
When the action of amparo is interposed before a non-competent Jurisdictional Organ, the written original must be remitted to the competent Jurisdictional Organ.
The recourse of amparo must be interposed in conformity with the law. (Art. 183) - SpanishEl Estado reconoce la garantía de amparo.
En consecuencia toda persona agraviada o cualquiera en nombre de ésta, tiene derecho a interponer recurso de amparo:
1) Para que se le mantenga o restituya en el goce y disfrute de los derechos o garantías que la Constitución, los tratados, convenciones y otros instrumentos internacionales establecen; y,
