Vice-President
- EnglishWhoever holds the office of Vice-President of the Republic shall meet the same requirements, shall be subject to the same disqualifications and prohibitions as those set for the President of the Republic, and shall perform his/her duties for the same term of office.
The Vice-President of the Republic, when not replacing the President of the Republic, shall perform the duties that the latter assigns him/her. (Art. 149) - SpanishQuien ejerza la Vicepresidencia de la República cumplirá los mismos requisitos, estará sujeto a las mismas inhabilidades y prohibiciones establecidas para la Presidenta o Presidente de la República, y desempeñará sus funciones por igual período.

Vice-President
