- EnglishAny woman who, after 9th July 1973, marries a person who is or becomes a citizen of The Bahamas shall be entitled, provided she is still so married, upon making application in such manner as may be prescribed and upon taking the oath of allegiance of such declaration as may be prescribed, to be registered as a citizen of The Bahamas:
Provided that the right to be registered as a citizen of The Bahamas under this Article shall be subject to such exceptions or qualifications as may be prescribed in the interests of national security of public policy. (Art. 10)

- EnglishEvery child of whose parents one is a citizen of Estonia is entitled to Estonian citizenship by birth.
Everyone who has forfeited his or her Estonian citizenship as a minor is entitled to its restoration.
No one may be deprived of an Estonian citizenship acquired by birth.
No one may be deprived of Estonian citizenship because of his or her beliefs.

- EnglishAre Venezuelans by birth:
1. Any person who was born within the territory of the Republic.
2. Any person who was born in a foreign territory, and is the child of a father and mother who are both Venezuelans by birth.
3. Any person who was born in a foreign territory, and is the child of a father or a mother, who is Venezuelan by birth, provided they have established residence within the territory of the Republic or declared their intention to obtain the Venezuelan nationality.
4. Any person who was born in a foreign territory, and is the child of a father or a mother who is Venezuelan by naturalization, provided that prior to reaching the age of 18, they establish their residence within the territory of the Republic, and before reaching the age of 25 declare their intention to obtain the Venezuelan nationality. - English1. No Ethiopian national shall be deprived of his or her Ethiopian nationality against his or her will. Marriage of an Ethiopian national of either sex to a foreign national shall not annul his or her Ethiopian nationality.
2. Every Ethiopian national has the right to the enjoyment of all rights, protection and benefits derived from Ethiopian nationality as prescribed by law.
3. Any national has the right to change his Ethiopian nationality.
4. Ethiopian nationality may be conferred upon foreigners in accordance with law enacted and procedures established consistent with international agreements ratified by Ethiopia. 2. ማንኛውም ኢትዮጵያዊ ዜጋ የኢትዮጵያ ዜግነት በሕግ የሚያስገኘውን መብት ጥበቃና ጥቅም የማግኘት መብት አለው፡፡
3. ማንኛውም ዜጋ ኢትዮጵያዊ ዜግነቱን የመለወጥ መብት አለው፡፡
4. ኢትዮጵያ ከአጸደቀቻቸው ዓለም አቀፍ ስምምነቶች ጋር በማይቃረን መንገድ በሚወጣ ሕግ እና በሚደነገግ ሥርዓት መሰረት የኢትዮጵያ ዜግነት ለውጭ ሀገር ሰዎች ሊሰጥ ይችላል፡፡ (አንቀጽ 33)
