- EnglishA citizen of Belize by birth or descent who acquires the citizenship of any other country may, if the laws of the other country so permit and at his option, retain his citizenship of Belize. (Sec. 27)

- English1. The following provisions shall have effect until a law of citizenship is made incorporating such provisions—
a. any matter relating to citizenship shall be governed by the provisions of Annex D to the Treaty of Establishment;
b. any person born in Cyprus, on or after the date of the coming into operation of this Constitution, shall become on the date of his birth a citizen of the Republic if on that date his father has become a citizen of the Republic or would but for his death have become such a citizen under the provisions of Annex D to the Treaty of Establishment.
2. For the purposes of this Article "Treaty of Establishment" means the Treaty concerning the Establishment of the Republic of Cyprus between the Republic, the Kingdom of Greece, the Republic of Turkey and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. 2. Εν τω παρόντι άρθρω «συνθήκη εγκαθιδρύσεως» σημαίνει την συνθήκην μεταξύ της Δημοκρατίας της Κύπρου, του Βασιλείου της Ελλάδος, της Δημοκρατίας της Τουρκίας και του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου της Μεγάλης Βρεταννίας και Βορείου Ιρλανδίας, την αναφερομένην εις την εγκαθίδρυσιν της Δημοκρατίας της Κύπρου. (Αρθρον 198) - Turkish1. Aşağıdaki hükümler, bu hükümleri içine alan bir vatandaşlık kanunu yapılıncaya kadar, yürürlükte olur:-
a. vatandaşlığa dair herhangi bir konu, Kuruluş Anlaşmasının ‘D’ Ekinin hükümlerine tabi olur;
b. bu Anayasanın yürürlüğe girdiği tarihte veya ondan sonra Kıbrıs’ta doğan herhangi bir şahıs, doğumu tarihinde babası Cumhuriyetin bir vatandaşı ise veya ölmemiş olsa idi Kuruluş Anlaşmasının ‘D’ Eki hükümleri gereğince Cumhuriyetin bir vatandaşı olacak idi ise, doğumu tarihinde Cumhuriyetin bir vatandaşı olur.
2. Bu Madde çerçevesinde "Kuruluş Anlaşması ", Cumhuriyet ile Yunanistan Krallığı, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve Büyük Britanya ve Kuzey İrlanda Birleşik Krallığı arasındaki Kıbrıs Cumhuriyetinin Kuruluşuna dair Anlaşmayı ifade eder. (Madde 198)

A citizen of the Republic of Serbia may not be expelled or deprived of citizenship or the right to change it.

- English(1) Citizens shall consist of indigenous Indonesian peoples and persons of foreign origin who have been legalised as citizens in accordance with law.
(2) Residents shall consist of Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals living in Indonesia.

(3) Citizenship of Fiji shall only be acquired by birth, registration or naturalisation.
(4) Citizens of Fiji may hold multiple citizenship, which means that—
(a) upon accepting the citizenship of a foreign country, a person remains a citizen of Fiji unless he or she renounces that status;
(b) a former citizen of Fiji, who lost that citizenship upon acquiring foreign citizenship, may regain citizenship of Fiji, while retaining that foreign citizenship unless the laws of that foreign country provide otherwise; and
(c) upon becoming a citizen of Fiji, a foreign person may retain his or her existing citizenship unless the laws of that foreign country provide otherwise.
(5) A written law shall prescribe—
(a) the conditions upon which citizenship of Fiji may be acquired and the conditions upon which a person may become a citizen of Fiji;
(b) procedures relating to the making of applications for citizenship by registration or naturalisation;
(c) conditions relating to the right to enter and reside in Fiji;
(d) provisions for the prevention of statelessness;
(e) rules for the calculation of periods of a person’s lawful presence in Fiji for the purpose of determining citizenship;
(f) provisions relating to the renunciation and deprivation of citizenship; and
(g) such other matters as are necessary to regulate the granting of citizenship. (Sec. 5) - iTaukei

- EnglishAll female and male Ecuadorians are citizens and shall enjoy the rights set forth in the Constitution.
Ecuadorian nationality is a political and legal bond between individuals and the State, without detriment to their belonging to any of the other indigenous nations that coexist in plurinational Ecuador.
