- English1. The following entities - for limitation - shall the right to directly challenge at the Constitutional Court the constitutionality of the applicable laws and regulations:
a. The Senate.
b. The House of Representatives.
c. The Council of Ministers.
2. In the case viewed by courts, any of the parties of the case may raise the issue of the non-constitutionality; the court shall - if it finds that the plea is serious - refer it to the court specified by the law for the purposes of the determination of its referral to the Constitutional Court. - EnglishThe Constitutional Council shall have the competence to guarantee the respect of the Constitution, to interpret the Constitution and the Laws adopted by the National Assembly and definitively reviewed by the Senate.
The Constitutional Council has the right to examine and to decide on litigations related to the elections of the Members of the National Assembly and to the elections of the Senators. 1. The Constitutional Court (Tsets) of Mongolia shall be an organ exercising supreme supervision over the enforcement of the Constitution, making judgement on the violation of its provisions, and resolving constitutional disputes. It shall be the guarantee for the strict observance of the Constitution.

- English(1) The Constitutional Court has jurisdiction over the whole Spanish territory and is entitled to hear:
a) Appeals against the alleged unconstitutionality of acts and statutes having the force of an act. ...
b) Individual appeals for protection (recursos de amparo) against violation of the rights and liberties contained in section 53(2) of the Constitution, in the circumstances and manner to be laid down by law.
c) Conflicts of jurisdiction between the State and the Autonomous Communities or between the Autonomous Communities themselves.
d) Other matters assigned to it by the Constitution or by organic acts.
(2) The Government may appeal to the Constitutional Court against provisions and resolutions adopted by the bodies of the Autonomous Communities, which shall bring about the suspension of the contested provisions or resolutions, but the Court must either ratify or lift the suspension, as the case may be, within a period of not more than five months. La impugnación producirá la suspensión de la disposición o resolución recurrida, pero el Tribunal, en su caso, deberá ratificarla o levantarla en un plazo no superior a cinco meses. (Art. 161)

- EnglishI. The Popular Action shall be filed during the period in which the violation or threat to the rights and collective interests continues. To file this action it is not necessary to exhaust the judicial or administrative processes that might exist.
II. Any person, in his or her individual name or on behalf of a collective, may file this action, and it shall be filed obligatorily by the Public Ministry and the Public Defender (Ministerio Público y el Defensor del Pueblo) when, in the exercise of their functions, they have knowledge of these acts. The procedure for the Action for Constitutional Protection shall be applied. (Art. 136) - SpanishI. La Acción Popular podrá interponerse durante el tiempo que subsista la vulneración o la amenaza a los derechos e intereses colectivos. Para interponer esta acción no será necesario agotar la vía judicial o administrativa que pueda existir.
II. Subject to this Constitution’s express limitations on the judicial power,
1. the Attorney-General acting in the name of the people of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and all persons directly affected by an alleged violation of this Constitution, whether by private individuals or public officials, shall have standing to complain of such violation in a case or controversy that is the subject of an appropriate judicial proceeding;
2. any court of general jurisdiction, resolving a case or controversy implicating a provision of this Constitution, shall have power to make all orders necessary and appropriate to secure full compliance with the provision and full enjoyment of its benefits;
