No citizen may be forced to work except as required by Law and for the purpose of performing a public service for a fixed period in return for a fair consideration, and without prejudice to the basic rights of those obliged to carry out such work. Every citizen has the right to decent conditions of work and to an equitable remuneration.
No one may be deprived of their income, by virtue of taxation, beyond a quota of which the level is determined by the law. (Art. 15) - French

L'État reconnaît son rôle constructif dans l'amélioration du bien-être et le développement de la richesse nationale.
