2. The duty to engage in work shall be inseparable from the right to work.
3. It shall be incumbent upon the State to ensure equality of opportunity in the choice of profession or type of work and conditions so that access is not blocked or limited as a function of sex, access to any position, work or professional categories.

All work merits a salary.
The right to protection, to security and to hygiene at work, is guaranteed by the law.
The right to rest is guaranteed; the law determines the modalities of [its] exercise.
The right of the worker to social security is guaranteed by the law.

The State works for the promotion of apprenticeship and implements policies to help the creation of employments.
